We blend only 100% natural flavors and do not use any artificial ingredients or sweeteners ever. How many can I drink per day?
There are no ingredients in Zenergize that would limit how many Zenergize you can drink per day. Therefore, like any other beverage, you can drink as many per day as you like and your body will use the nutrients it needs. What we would ask you do is, as with any food or beverage product, to please read our labels and see if there are any ingredients that you may be sensitive to (e.g. there is about the caffeine of a cup of coffee in Burn and Energy+) that will help you best decide how Zenergize fits in your life.

How much water should I use?
We blended our flavors for a single Drinktab to provide refreshing flavor in 12-16 oz of water. The thing to remember about Zenergize is that all the nutrition is in the tablet so you still naturally get 100% of the value whether you add it to more or less water to get to the lighter or fuller flavor level you want.

Is Zenergize safe for kids?
Yes, because we are all natural with no artificial sweeteners we are safe for kids. However, we highly recommend kids do not drink the Burn and Energy+ as these items contain caffeine.

Can I enjoy Zenergize if I am diabetic?
All of products contain 0 sugar but do contain Stevia. As Andrew Weil, MD writes. "The only non-caloric sweetener I recommend is stevia, an herb in the chrysanthemum family native to Paraguay. Stevia is safe for diabetics and is widely used as a sweetener around the world, especially in Japan and Brazil." If you have concerns, please consult your physician.
